We’re inviting 1,700 northern Indiana business owners to a Show Kickoff Luncheon and then to enjoy the show free of charge. These are the Big Dogs, the Head Honchos, the One Percent of Northern Indiana. So bring your best game, watch for the VIP badges, and get ready for some action!

2011 Advertising Campaign:

Check back for details of our 2012 advertising. In 2011 we spent $65,000 on ad and PR that  blanketed the entire Ft. Wayne tri-state region and targeted outdoor sportsmen and cabin-living devotees throughout the Midwest. It included…  

  • 720 television ads and promos on three network affiliates plus Comcast cable
  • More than 550 radio ads and promos on top-ranked stations in and around Ft. Wayne
  • $3-off “post-it” coupons on the front page of the Sunday newspaper
  • Ads in regional newspapers, websites, outdoor magazines, log home magazines and more
  • Tens of thousands of $3-off coupons at Gander Mountain and Dick’s stores
  • Ticket giveaways, email blasts, live remotes and more…

Data Collection:

We use technology typically seen only at large trade-only events to capture attendees’ contact information, demographics, interests, purchase plans and their reasons for attending the show.  Attendees register online before the event or at the event entrance.  The data helps us – and you – better understand our audience and apply that knowledge to marketing and show design. Registration data is also used to for the following:

Attendee badges and pass-out cards. Attendees wear barcoded badges embedded in with all the info gathered at registration. Exhibitors can rent handheld scanners, enabling info capture with a simple point and click. Attendees are also supplied with pass out cards containing their contact info. Even exhibitors who don’t rent scanners can ask attendees for these cards and avoid having to write down the info.

We market you to attendees before the show begins. Pre-registered attendees get email reminders before the show that list all exhibitors and promote exhibitors’ show-only specials, door-prize donations, seminar or clinic presentations and sponsorships.

We market you to attendees after the show is over. Attendees get thank-you emails after the show urging them to stay in contact with all exhibitors, and we include the complete exhibitor list with website links.
