Bulk Booth Space Almost Sold Out

Thanks to great response from RV, boat and motorsports vendors, only a handful of choice spots remain in the 50,000 square foot area set aside for bulk booth space. In other areas, corner booths and other prime spots are filling up fast. So if you haven’t gotten around to signing up yet, now is the time!

New Media Sponsorships Announced

In addition to the previously announced Gander Mountain sponsorship, we have new media partnerships that will yield tens of thousands of dollars worth of promotions, ticket giveaways and editorial coverage on TV, radio and in print… Plus live broadcasts from the show, on-site entertainment and more. Media Budget at almost $60,000 and Growing!

These are hard dollars committed to broadcast, cable TV, radio, newspaper, online and magazine ads with the above media and many other outlets. It’s a big enough budget to blanket the Fort Wayne tri-state market in the weeks leading up to the show. And we’re probably not done yet. Remember our guarantee: One-third of all booth revenue will go back into our ad budget.

We’ll Market Your Company Before, During and After the Show!

As an exhibitor, all you have to do is come up with a special offer for our attendees. It can be a show-only discount, something free with purchase, or maybe something free just for dropping by your booth or getting on your mailing list. We’ll promote the special offers in our pre-show advertising and deliver them in coupon form to everyone who visits our website and pre-registers for the show. We’ll also promote you in a “Show Specials & Featured Products” area near the show entrance, and again after the show via email to all attendees. Remember: we capture attendees’ contact info via pre-registration or on our computers as they enter the show.

Fantastic On-site Activities and Attractions

At the show, attendees will be able to practice their bass-casting and bow-hunting techniques courtesy of Gander Mountain. Other attractions will include paintball target practice, a “Climb the Coliseum” climbing wall, a “Beach” sand play area for the wee ones, plus a full schedule of free seminars and clinics catering to all interests.

  2. Thanks for the inquiry. That question is always tough to answer. We expect 20,000 with all of our increased and extensive promtion, advertising and marketing. Over the years, the ‘old’ sport vacation and boat show never did less than 10,000. The producer of the recent Home & Garden Show in Ft. Wayne is handling all of our ads and she did about 40,000 just last week. It WILL be a very well atttended event.
