GANDER MOUNTAIN has joined the show. Our show will be promoted at their Fort Wayne store where coupons for $3.00 off the ticket price can be picked up. GANDER MOUNTAIN will be providing hands on bow hunting & bass fishing demonstrations and will be giving to every attendee $10 in Gander Bucks to be used at any Gander Mountain store for $10 off any purchase over $50.
Dick’s Sporting Goods will be the show’s bag sponsor and will be giving away coupons and prizes. Coupons for $3.00 off the ticket price can be picked up at the Ft. Wayne stores located at 309 Coliseum Blvd., and 1520 Apple Glen Blvd.
FlyMasters of Indianapolis will be offering fly fishing casting lessons all day, every day at the show. There will be a 1,000 square foot casting pond and information on fly fishing, lures, etc.
Indiana Outdoor News (ION) is now a show sponsor with articles featured in the January through March issues. ION will also have their newspapers to give away at the show.
Northern Indiana Lakes Magazine will be at the show sponsoring a large beach area for kids to build sandcastles, etc.
Bring your deer mount to the show and display it in our case for the chance to win a CVA Musket Loader. All attendees are encouraged to bring their trophy bucks which will be displayed in a special feature area sponsored by Osborn USA Motors for the duration of the show. Everyone who brings a mount to display while they are at the show will be entered to win a CVA musket rifle . If you will be bringing your deer mount to the show to display, please contact us in advance so we can be sure to have a space reserved on our display board.
3-D Moving Target Bow-Hunting Simulation Range Open to All Ages:
Kids, women and men from beginners to experts are invited to test their bow-hunting skills at a 3-D moving target simulation range. Beginners and experienced hunters alike will feel their adrenaline surge in an experience that is as close to a real bow-hunting adventure as you can get without a permit. Deer, turkey, antelope and other North American animals randomly pop into view or move across the range at varying distances.
The archery range is presented by the Hunting Simulation Organization for the benefit of the charity, Hunt of a Lifetime. Hunt of a Lifetime is a nonprofit organization with a mission to grant hunting and fishing adventures and dreams for children age 21 and under who have been diagnosed with life threatening illnesses (www.huntofalifetime.org).
